AI for regulated work

AI answers your team can act on — because every one of them cites where it came from, or doesn’t leave at all.

Trivon answers only from the documents you load, names the source it used, and escalates to a person when your sources don’t cover the question. It does not guess. When the ask is a decision rather than a question, it routes to whoever your configuration says owns it.

The product is the governance, not the model. The model is rented and swappable; the gates are the point.

What every answer goes through

Four gates, server-side, on every exchange — including the anonymous ones. Governance does not relax because of who is asking.

Answer only from retrieved sources

Every answer is grounded in the documents you loaded, and names the source it used.

Escalate when nothing covers it

If your sources don’t answer the question, Trivon routes it to a person — it does not invent one.

Route decisions to the authority

A release or an approval is a decision, not an answer; it goes to whoever your configuration says owns it.

No uncited answer leaves

The citation is re-checked against the real retrieved sources before anything is shown. Missing citation, nothing ships.

Put agents to work

An agent runs the same path, with the same four checks, on a schedule or a trigger instead of a person’s question. It reads the same sources, passes the same four gates, and writes the same audit record. An agent that reaches the edge of what its sources cover escalates to a human rather than proceeding — and an action with a real-world effect is written down before it is taken, never after.

Scoped to what you granted

An agent inherits a role and its competencies. It cannot reach a source, or take an action, that the role does not already carry.

Never silently autonomous

Every escalation, refusal and hand-off is a row you can read afterwards — the same trail a person’s question leaves.

Every exchange is appended to a hash-chained audit trail. What was asked, what was answered, which sources, which gate fired — recorded, so the governance can be checked after the fact rather than taken on trust.

Start

Create a workspace, load your documents, and ask something your sources cover — then ask something they don’t, and watch it escalate instead of improvise.
